Signing in

There is no password. Enter your account email address and we send you a link. The link signs you in once and expires five minutes after it is sent. If it expires, ask for another one.

For your own safety we give the same answer whether or not an address has an account, so a stranger cannot use the sign-in form to find out who is enrolled.

Parents and children

The account is the adult’s: the email address, the payment details and every message. The child is represented in the portal only by the learner first and last name, which is the name that appears on the certificate.

You set that name the first time you sign in, and you can change it yourself until the first project submission. After that an administrator has to make the change, and the reason is recorded.

Access periods

A course purchase grants its published access term from the moment the payment is verified. Free parent-session access earned through an on-time qualifying Family Survey Form submission grants thirty days from the source submission time.

If you hold more than one grant, your access ends on the latest of them. A new grant never shortens access you already have.

When an access term ends you can renew it at half the price the course is selling for at that time. Renewal is always something you choose: nothing renews on its own, no card is kept on file, and you are never charged again unless you ask to be.

Trouble with a payment

If a payment was taken but access has not appeared, do not pay again. Sign in, check the dashboard, and if it still is not there write to us with the date and the amount.

Contact

Write to us from the address on your account, so we can identify you without asking for anything sensitive. Never send us a password, a card number or a one-time code — we will never ask for them.
